Lauren Hayden opened the scoring for Fenton off an Andrea Elsholz assist 5 minutes into the game. Mallory Lehman and Celeste Hindmon assisted on the next two Rylan Sheffield goals making it 3-0 Fenton. Evalyn Starasinich was then assisted by Avery Carr making it 4-0 at the half. 10 minutes into the second half saw Avery Carr score on a Lauren Hayden assist. Finally, Kiersten Hyder converted a penalty kick earned by Lydia Anderson with 20 minutes left in the game. Makenzie Trosen earned the shutout in net for Fenton on 3 saves.
