Last Saturday at Wyandotte the Tigers had 3 wrestlers place. Lukas Zywicki was Fenton's lone champ at 189 pounds going 3-0. Lukas defeated Josh Brannan from Saline 4-0, Drake Begeman (Riverview) by fall, and in the championship Lukas defeated Lu Peterson (Roosevelt) 7-3. This was Lukas's first time winning a tournament in the few years he's wrestled. At 145 pounds Dylan Beverly placed 6th going 3-2. Dylan beat Draven Langston from Tecumseh by fall, Parker Hicks (Churchhill) by fall, Hassan Al-Zayadi (Fordson) by Inj. Defaualt and lost to Josh Hetrick (Annapolis) and Jack Diroff (Riverview). Mason Canterbury took 6th place as well. Jackson Cairnduff, Mason Church, Kyle Dunfield, Evan Firby, and Seth Sutter all won a match.
