Fenton Cheer traveled to Kearsley on Friday night for the second league meet of the season. The team started the night off strong with with a round 1 score of 226.1, the highest round 1 score of the evening. Going into round 3, the team had less than a 5 point lead above 2nd place after scoring 200.9 in round 2. A solid performance in round 3 solidified the win for the Tigers. With a round 3 score of 300.8, Fenton's name was called last winning the meet with a total score of 727.8. Overall, Fenton is now tied for first place with Lake Fenton in the Flint Metro League standings after 2 meets. The final league meet of the season will be held at 6:00pm on February 11, 2022 at Fenton High School.
