The Tigers opened their Metro League play with a 7-0 home win vs Owosso. Des Coughlin opened the scoring 27 seconds into the game off a Ashton McKellar assist. Andrew Hutchins then assisted the next two goals by Calvin Curtis and Ben Chapple. Zander Fulton finished out the 1st half scoring off a pretty Gavin Shepherd pass. Ashton McKellar scored twice in the second half, assisted by Des Coughlin and Harrison Vincil, whiile Calvin Curtis netted his second goal off a Will Dickens assist. Brandt Sanchez and Gannon Welch shared the shutout in net.
