Andrew Hutchins scored first for the visiting Tigers by putting in a rebound off a Alex Flannery shot, 15 minutes into the first half. The score stayed 1-0 until Will Dickens finished a break away from a Max Guerra pass, 10 minutes into the second half. Fenton's defense of Ben Sheffield, RJ Stack, Max Guerra and Harrison Vincil kept Goodrich to just 5 shots, all saved by keeper Gannon Welch.
