Fenton Varsity Tigers Claims Blow Out Win Over Linden Eagles Varsity Thanks to Second Inning Boost

Fenton Varsity Tigers defeated Linden Eagles Varsity 11-4 on Wednesday thanks to a timely six runs in a big second inning.  Leo Thompson, Jack Coleman, Nolan Alvord, Kyle Crow, and Noah Dotson each had RBIs in the big inning.

In the second inning, Fenton Varsity Tigers got their offense started when a sacrifice bunt by Thompson scored one run for Fenton Varsity Tigers.

Dotson pitched Fenton Varsity Tigers to victory. The hurler allowed two hits and four runs over six innings, striking out six.  Jaden Burnau threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Ben Wingblad took the loss for Linden Eagles Varsity. The pitcher lasted two innings, allowing three hits and eight runs while striking out one and walking zero.

Fenton Varsity Tigers collected nine hits.  Noah Dotson and Spencer Luck each managed two hits to lead Fenton Varsity Tigers.  Fenton Varsity Tigers didn't commit a single error in the field.
