4-Hit Day for Crow Leads Fenton Varsity Tigers Past Swartz Creek Dragons Varsity

Kyle Crow was dialed in at the plate on Monday, tallying four hits and leading Fenton Varsity Tigers to a 21-2 win over Swartz Creek Dragons Varsity.  Crow singled in the first, singled in the second, doubled in the third, and doubled in the fifth.

Fenton Varsity Tigers got things moving in the first inning, when Crow singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.

Fenton Varsity Tigers notched seven runs in the fifth inning.  The offensive firepower by Fenton Varsity Tigers was led by Teagen Reeves, Brendan Phillips, Crow, Spencer Luck, and Ty Trosen, all driving in runs in the inning.

Noah Dotson earned the win for Fenton Varsity Tigers. Dotson went three and two-thirds innings, allowing two runs on one hit and striking out four.  Adam Barcome threw one and one-third innings in relief out of the bullpen.

Drew Schultz took the loss for Swartz Creek Dragons Varsity. Schultz went one and one-third innings, allowing five runs on three hits and striking out three.

Fenton Varsity Tigers tallied two home runs on the day. Dotson put one out in the fourth inning. Nolan Alvord went yard in the fourth inning.

Fenton Varsity Tigers tallied 12 hits in the game.  Crow, Trosen, and Dotson all managed multiple hits for Fenton Varsity Tigers.  Crow led Fenton Varsity Tigers with four hits in four at bats.
