Tight Contest Between Saline And Fenton Tigers Varsity Ends In A Tie
Fenton Tigers Varsity tied the game on a wild pitch in the fourth inning as Fenton Tigers Varsity tied Saline 3-3 on Tuesday.
Saline fired up the offense in the first inning, when Arbaugh hit a solo homer.
Saline launched two home runs on the day. Arbaugh had a long ball in the first inning. Hutchinson put one out in the first inning.
Lance Borkholz and Brendan Alvord all had one hit to lead Fenton Tigers Varsity. Fenton Tigers Varsity didn't commit a single error in the field. Eddie Briand had six chances in the field, the most on the team.
Gottfried led Saline with two hits in two at bats.
