Fenton Tigers Varsity Falls To Gabriel Richard After Fifth Inning Score

Fenton Tigers Varsity lost the lead late in an 8-7 defeat to Gabriel Richard on Tuesday. The game was tied at six with Gabriel Richard batting in the bottom of the fifth when Pfaffenbach doubled on a 1-2 count, scoring two runs.

Despite the loss, Fenton Tigers Varsity did collect eight hits in the high-scoring affair. Unfortunately, Gabriel Richard had ten hits on the way to victory.

Gabriel Richard opened up scoring in the first inning, when Brown grounded out, scoring one run.

Dawson took the win for Gabriel Richard. The pitcher allowed six hits and six runs over five innings, striking out nine. Rumler threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Rumler recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Gabriel Richard.

Nolan Alvord took the loss for Fenton Tigers Varsity. The hurler lasted four and a third innings, allowing eight hits and seven runs while striking out five and walking one.

Fenton Tigers Varsity saw the ball well today, racking up eight hits in the game. Connor Luck and Ty Trosen both had two hits to lead Fenton Tigers Varsity.

Gabriel Richard totaled ten hits. Pfaffenbach and Crossman all managed multiple hits for Gabriel Richard.
