The host Vikings of Haslett built a twelve point halftime lead behind the strength of eight three pointers and held of a tremendous effort by the Fenton Tigers for a 79-67 non-conference win. Brandon Boettcher led Haslett with 22 and Jack Dillon had 15. Fenton was led by Trent Degayner's 21 including five triples and Alec Kussro's 11.
